I plan on buying a new computer.. mostly for gaming. I had my friend help me set up a system that hopefully well run the new games fine (f.e.a.r. and doom3 etc) but I'd like some other opinions before i spent my money on stuff that didn't work togther. The link is here:

  as for the LCD screen - buy one with a very low refresh rate - that way your games will not "lag" or blur on the screen. You could always check out our affiliate, Tigerdirect (link at the top of the page) for prices
