Default [Resolved] F Buttons by San Franpsycho

A problem I've had for a while now, is that my F buttons on my keyboard don't do anything.

There are shortcuts in certain programs I have where the F buttons would help greatly, but they haven't worked.

I assume that there is a very simple solution to this, I just don't know where to go to fix this

By the way, I wasn't sure where to post this little problem, so I apologize if it's in the wrong place.

Okay, apparently, I had to download a software for the keyboard that didn't even come with it. I guess I was supposed to have the software, but I didn't have it. The F buttons work now, but only universally. For example, in Macromedia Flash 8, F4 is supposed to hide the panels. But when I press F4, it tries to open a new document, which is what my kepyboard F buttons are labeled as.

I tried assigning the keyboard shortcuts, but it doesn't work. Guess there's no way out unless I get a new keyboard without universal F buttons.

Thanks guys, you can "Solve" this and lock it
