Well, firstly if your gfx card fan is not spinning then we have to assume that it could be cooked. The power switch on the front is either faulty or the power switch header (connector) on the motherboard has become dislodged - check it.

The power switches are all connected. I don't understand how this could just now happen. If it is my graphics card, would that explain all the other issues (mouse not working, powering on when press keyboard, etc.)? Thanks.

No...not really. You certainly have a strange issue here Is your motherboard still under warranty? Can you borrow and test another power supply & gfx card?

..another thing to try (for what it's worth) boot the pc whilst tapping the "Insert" button (usually next to "home") - this will force a boot into bios for PCs that have corrupted bios settings.

Well the power button is working again :|. Pressing insert didn't work. I've been talking on some other forums and they had me take out the memoray and boot. The PC beeped several times and they said this may mean my memory is bad as the motherboard is telling me it is missing yet when I replace it the pc doesn't boot up. Sound right? Thanks.

Heh, if the motherboard is beeping when you take the RAM out..it's because you took the RAM out! :-D The time to worry is if it beeps when the RAM is in the slot.

So, the power switch is now working, everything alse seems to be "spinning up" but still nothing on your screen? Try to get hold of another gfx card (any will do) - beg or borrow one, at least to test. Do that and come back with the results

What I meant was that when I replace the memory it doesn't beep yet my graphics card fan is not running. So that may mean that it is not reaching the stage of powering up the card slot as the memory is bad and is preventing it from getting there. Does that sound right? :|

I dont think its youre memory , it sounds more like youre motherboard , vga card , psu or a combination of them.

Like Hengis asked , see if you can try a different vga card or if it doesnt work then , try it with a different psu , memory or motherboard if you can.
