I checked Control Panel,? Power Options, UPS,? what does it really mean when it says Power Supply is currently stopped.? ? Does it mean CPU is not supplying power to my devices?

A UPS is a device that keeps power supplied to your PC or server for an amount of time following a power outtage. Like this: http://www.compusa.com/products/prod...633&pfp=BROWSE
If you do not have one of those then you don't need to worry about this message.
