Default [Answered] Computer Keeps Freezing at Random Times

Hi,

My computer is having real problems lately with freezing up, and the only way to get it going again is by pressing reset on the tower itself, cannot use the keyboard, mouse or anything...I've tried adding spywear, i've tried HiJack This, still no solution. Someone said it might have to do with the tempurature of my system. How would I check for this problem. Thanks....Also...if there are any other ideas of what might be going on here please suggest anything. Thanks again.
