My pc doesn't allow me to play some games "properly"and I don't understand why... For instance, while playing Far Cry with medium specifications the game lags a lot when I'm playing outdoors, and before I downloaded the graphics card drivers some of the textures were blue.I can only manage to play it in low, and it sucks? :-P
My pc:
processor - P4 3.2 GHz
motherboard - ASRock P4V88
graphics card - GeForce fx 5500 (256 mb)
and ram - 512 mb
any suggestions?
please help me dudes? ?:banghead:

Welcome To PCHF
![]() Far Cry is demanding on a system as Doom 3 maybe even a little more in the outside. Your video card is a good culprit as well as only 512 megs of ram. FarCry takes alot of resources. Your processor is good just the other specs. I would get a different video card. That will make the most difference. The 512 megs of ram will suffice just take longer to load. As I read the reviews of the card it couldnt play Halo very well, so guessing it wont play the first Halo very well ui cant imagine it playing FarCry
