Hi!

I have problem with my laptop( Dell Inspiron 1100 ).
When I tray to turn on my laptop, he juste blink with contact lights and nothing,
then I take out laptop battery and give back, and do that several times, and then
he start operate.

Please somebady help!

Is the laptop still under warranty? If it is then fire an email off to Dell. If not..... is this problem occurring when you are using mains power or just when you use the laptop on battery power?

No, it is not under warranty, and it is same problem when I using mains power or the laptop battery.

Take the battery out, plug the mains connector in and see if you laptop turns on without any battery in it.
