Everything in your PC uses a finite amount of power. That means that each individual item that takes its power from your
PSU will reduce the power provided by your
PSU by that amount. Technically speaking, you can definitely over-burden your
PSU.
As for the cooling of your system, it is generally recommended that you have an intake at the front (lower) a
PSU that sucks air up from the bottom of the unit (i.e: right above your
cpu) and extract fans (I prefer the top blow-hole).
