pls help.urgent. im using p4 3.0e lga775 proc with intel 915PGN M/BOard. my prob is when i do my job (VIDEO EDITING). my pc temp goes to 66 `N` sometimes up to 70 degree c. what should i do

If it's urgent then a really quick solution would be to remove the cover on your PC when you are doing the work that makes your heat rise...maybe even get a household fan and blow it into the case.

A more long term solution - get a new heatsink and fan - one that will handle the job better
