I recently found this deal on a well known internet auction site. I was wondering what you guys thought of the deal. The processor seems good for the price but what about the mboard.

The deal was: Brand New Asrock K7VT6 SATA / RAID Motherboard + XP 3200 Barton CPU + Akasa AK795 Heatsink and Fan

The buy it now price was ?117.00.
