I have downloaded syssoft sandra now what do i need to select to find out my motherboard?

You will see manufacturer details at the top, including make, model and version of your motherboard.

You have a motherboard made by Albatron - that doesn't matter, the chipset (which is the important bit) is a VIA KM266. You need to get the right drivers for that particular chipset.

BTW - I notice you are using Mozilla...I don't think u are getting pchelpforum.com in all its beautiful glory with that browser m8
