The D200 measures 75 x 19 x 9 mm and weights 25 grams, has a one-piece aluminum case that is waterproof to military specifications, boasts a USB 2.0 interface, MLC (multi-level cell) NAND flash memory chips, and delivers read and write speeds of up to 25 MB/s and 17 MB/s, respectively.

The D200 will be available in capacities going from 1 to 16GB.
