Medal of Honor - 10th Anniversary

MoH 10th Anniversary
The Medal of Honor 10th Anniversary Edition comes bundled with the 5 games of this series. Medal of Honor Allied Assault, Medal of Honor Spearhead, Medal of Honor Breakthrough, Medal of Honor Airborne and the Medal of Honor Pacific Assault Director’s Edition are bundled together for over 50 levels of first person shooter action.
The entire series is based on the Second World War. Everything from the music and weapons are accurately detailed for the era that they are from. Every battle is realistic and a chance to strategize your encounters on the battlefield. You can try a straight forward storming the troops approach or you can carefully pick off your enemies with precision sniper fire. You have access to weapons, various items and vehicles to help plan for your invasions. Airdrops are available to start your mission or surprise your opponents from behind enemy lines.
There is customization available for weapons and vehicles. You may only carry a set amount of weapons during each mission. Once that mission is complete you will be given a new set of weapons. A compass and gas mask are an example of some of the items you might be carrying at any given time. Your vehicles may range from a jeep to a tank.
Of course there are single player scenarios and campaigns that you will enjoy for hours. There are also dozens of allied or cooperative game play available. Deathmatch and objective-based scenarios are examples of the multiplayer fun that is available. If you opt for the online method of play there is an anti-cheating program that was written for these games, so that no one has an unfair advantage. However, there are cheats available for those playing alone or with someone else utilizing the same cheats.
Combat is realistic to the point that if your character is shot, your movements become jerky and erratic. If your character is caught in a hail of bullets, the chance of recovery is slim to none. It would be wise to utilize the environment in order to successfully pull off your missions. Hide under brush, in foxholes or hunker down in a building to pick off your enemies as they pass by.
The in game and cut scene graphics are stunning and realistically detailed. If playing on a PC, the mouse control has a slight learning curve to it and it may take some time to make sure that you have accessed everything that is available to you. Some players have found that the game play seems to be a little too linear. The character gets their orders and the mission’s objectives and there is little deviation; this may appeal to some depending on the type of player you are. Be sure to visit the Medal of Honor website for all the latest and patches you will need to be fully prepared for battle
