Can’t see secure websites?

Having problems getting to or displaying secure websites on Internet Explorer?

Here’s what to do!

bullet Go to Start, Run, and type in notepad
bullet Copy and paste the following code:

regsvr32 SOFTPUB.DLL
regsvr32 WINTRUST.DLL
regsvr32 INITPKI.DLL
regsvr32 dssenh.dll
regsvr32 Rsaenh.dll
regsvr32 gpkcsp.dll
regsvr32 sccbase.dll
regsvr32 slbcsp.dll
regsvr32 Cryptdlg.dll

bullet Go to File, Save As, select “All files” from the file types dropdown.
bullet Save the file as securefix.bat to your desktop, or somewhere you’ll remember.
bullet Double click on the newly saved (securefix.bat) file to run it (ensure it doesn’t end with a .txt extension).
