So you’ve never visited PC Help Forum before? You’re going to need to get to know your way around then! We’ve put together a simple guide that should get you enjoying all that we can offer in no time at all.

To receive free help in the PCHF forums you will need to sign up and register a user name. From the PCHF Portal Home Page, click on Free Help Forum > Forum Home > then click on Register. You can also click HERE to register now (a new window will open).

We ask you to agree to the site rules, and then create a user name. A red X will notify you of a screen name already in use, if you get a green checkmark, you can proceed. Next, you will create a password, choose a case sensitive password, the most secure passwords contain letters, numbers, and symbols, write it down if you need to. You will then need to enter a valid email address that can receive a confirmation from the site, and complete the image verification, your home country, and level of computer experience.

Once you have filled out the required information, there is an area for additional, optional, information; we highly recommend that you choose to allow your system specs to be shown. When you are finished, click on Complete Registration. You will receive an email shortly that you will need to reply to, before your account can be activated. Once you have activated your account you can post in the forum, and receive help from the staff and other members.

Posting a request for help is easy! Simply go to the section of the Help forum that best fits your question and look for the New Thread icon click it and type away!

If you want to reply to an existing thread, click on the Reply icon in the thread.

That’s it really! If you need further help or guidance on how to use the forum, just go to the New Member Support Section and ask in there.
