Automatic captions come to YouTube

The number one video sharing site, YouTube, just got a little better, especially for those with hearing problems, as it has been added a feature that provides automatic captions for posted clips. Captions have been in YouTube for quite a while now, and although they have proven very useful, the massive amount of video that’s uploaded every day makes it harder and harder for people to find captioned content.

Dell adds multi-touch to Studio 17 laptop

Getting its ninja on once more, Dell has stealthy added multi-touch capabilities to its Studio 17 laptop. Available for orders here, the Windows 7 Home Premium-loaded machine has a 17.3-inch touchscreen with a maximum resolution of 1600 x 900 pixels, and can be equipped with an Intel Pentium or Core 2 Duo CPU, up to 8GB of RAM, up to 1TB of storage, GMA 4500MHD integrated graphics or an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570/HD 4650 discrete graphics card, and a DVD or Blu-Ray drive.

Twitter stops asking what are you doing

No, don’t jump to any conclusion, Twitter still cares about you and everyone else that tweets, it just won’t be displaying the ‘What are you doing?’ question on its page anymore. Why is that? Basically, Twitter got big, it’s used by a lot of regular people and companies that want/like to share with the world a heap of things, not just their ’status’, which is good, but also makes the ‘What are you doing?’ question ‘limited.
